How did the business come to be?
Joseph Krope came from Chicago and opened the business with his wife and childred in 1957. Tim Krope, his son, bought it in 1958 and now his son is working with him.
Why did you choose the area you did?
It was up and coming area. A good place to raise kids and more people were moving west and they were building new homes and they needed furnaces and air conditioners.
What does the business offer?
We service all makes and models of furnaces and air conditioners. We install furnaces and air conditioners, humidifiers, air cleaners, thermostats. We have a full sheet metal shop.
What’s a fact about your business that most customers probably don’t know?
Family owned and operated since 1957.
What’s your most popular product or service?
Cleaning and servicing furnaces.
