My daughter Britnee and I were diagnosed with Celiac disease in 2005. It has been quite a road but, I have it down really well. I consider myself an expert in the Gluten/Dairy free food choices I make and am very willing to share all that I know. Celiac effects 1 in every 133 people and 97% of the people are not diagnosed. it is scary to think you have Celiac disease when you know nothing about it. But, I am here to help.
