Developers Breaking Ground on Condo-Style Apartments
Arboretum Landmark will include more than 300 units targeted at young professionals.
Developers are moving forward with construction on a 310-unit apartment complex in the northeast corner of Lisle. The Opus Group announced Wednesday that Arboretum Landmark, 450 Warrenville Rd., should be ready for occupancy beginning Sept 2013. The four-story building will be equipped with one-, two- and three-bedroom condo-style apartments.
