Animals Deserving of Proper Treatment Age: 2 years old Breed: Lhasa/ Schnauzer/ Poodle mix Background: She originally came to A.D.O.P.T. in March from Chicago Animal Control. She was adopted out quickly, but unfortunately, returned in July. Zuzu had a difficult time adjusting when her owner left home. Unfortunately, she could not be crated in her prior home because she would bark and the prior owner lived in an apartment. Personality: Zuzu is a wonderful, playful and loving dog. She has been in a foster home since July and is doing very well. Zuzu had some initial anxiety when left alone and was on some medicine to help her adjust in her new foster home. Since then, she is being weaned off of one of her medicines, but will likely need to …

She is in Comm 3. The residents of this small room prefer to be adopted out as only cats. Nala has her own personality in that she will tell you when she wants attention and when she doesn't.
