Benedictine University Hosts Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service Program
The Day of Service is set up as an open house, so community members can move at their own pace between the projects that will be set up in various rooms of Kindlon.
Editor's note: The following is a press release from Benedictine University. The community is invited to participate in projects that commemorate the spirit of service that was engendered by Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and learn about ways to participate in service throughout 2013 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Kindlon Hall of Learning at Benedictine University campus. Families, teens, senior citizens and veterans are encouraged to attend the event.
