Eyes to the Skies 2012 Festival Guide

Lisle's annual festival runs June 27-July 1. Find basic admission information, as well as a daily schedule of entertainment and activities (including balloon launches and fireworks!).

Enjoy the carnival from 5 p.m. - 11 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday evenings at the wristband price of $20, which includes unlimited rides.   Adults: $5 Children 5 and under: free   Balloon rides will be available after each launch, weather permitting, on a first come first serve basis. Tethered rides are $25 per person. “Serena’s Song,” will also offer wheelchair accessible rides 6-7:30 a.m. and from 6 p.m. until dusk Friday through Sunday, weather permitting. UPDATED: Driver in Fatal Crash to Fight Suspension

James Kisla argues in court records he wasn't above legal blood-alcohol limit at time of accident that killed Naperville woman.

Read their full story here.   Original story: The Lisle man accused of drunken driving at the time of a fatal crash with a pedestrian says his blood-alcohol content didn't break the legal limit and that police didn't properly arrest him, court records show. James Kisla, 51, was charged with aggravated drunken driving after his 2006 Dodge Caravan hit Naperville resident Donna Early near Yackley Avenue and Ohio Street around approximately 10:30 p.m. on July 3, authorities allege.
