A Chicago man will spend several years behind bars for his role in the 2012 robbery of a Lisle 7-Eleven. Antwan Jones, 18, 11406 S. Throop St., was sentenced Tuesday to six years in the Illinois Department of Corrections by Judge Blanche Hill Fawell, according to a press release from the DuPage County State’s Attorney’s Office. At about 2:15 a.m. on July 19, 2012, Jones, along with three others, robbed the 7-Eleven, 4651 Old Tavern Road, according to the Lisle Police Department. Four men took miscellaneous items from a convenience store on Old Tavern Road early Thursday morning, according to a news release from the Lisle Police Department. An employee was also physically assaulted. The individuals robbed 7-Eleven, 4651 Old Tavern Rd., around 2:16 a.m., according to the report.
