Navistar Donates $75,000 to Morton Arboretum Children's Garden

The funds will benefit youth volunteer work in the Children's Garden and other programming.

Schillerstrom, Broda and their cronies gave Navistar more than $20 million taxpayer dollars. On top of that, Navistar's "fire sale" purchase of the Lucent property (Assessor put fair market value at $109MM, Nav paid $33MM) resulted in $37MM in assessment appeals for adjacent corporate properties -- guess who's going to make up for that $37MM, plus the $20MM+ given to Navistar?
