I am a local chiropractor and a diagnosed celiac for 10 years. You can maintain a inexpensive glutenRead More free lifestyle by buying groceries around the perimeter of the store. The most expensive (and most processed) foods are found down the aisles and these are often "convenience items" we don't necessarily need in our diets anyway. Fresh fruits and veggies, fish, meats, and dairy products are generally safe for those with celiac or gluten intolerance. The alternative products are expensive but those can be added into the diet on an occasional basis (birthday parties, etc.) This is a better way of fueling your body anyhow and is easier on your wallet!
