Seems like an extremely easy case of Assault & Battery to prove against that moron. There'sRead More Irrefutable Visual Evidence, bite marks & what appears to be a few other women that are the victim's companions whom can serve as witnesses. Judging by what appears to be an Adult Beverage in the idiot's hand, you could probably even tack Drunk & Disorderly on top of it all. For someone to do that in order to get a $12 baseball, and from a woman no less, you have to be a Complete Scumbag...

Anthony, the bars/restaurants see ZERO increase, and usually see a decrease. I know that myRead More business sees huge decreases when these festivals are happening. Our customers just don't want to deal with the hassle.

Thank Mary! I unfortunately wasn't able to be there. I'm still hoping there will be some more photosRead More uploaded to the Boards!

Hope you can work out one band from one stage playing over band from another stage!

The Eyes Festival definitely benefited from beautiful weather this year. With the exception of PatRead More Travers, the musical acts were would have cured the worst case of insomnia. Gone are the days of Marshall Tucker, Charlie Daniels, Three Dog Night or Blood, Sweat and Tears. Bands that knew how to get a crowd going. At least the Evviva Stage had good local talent that filled the place in years past. Speaking of that, sure missed Evviva food and Divas at the fest this year. Unfortunately, the fest committees over the years have "mismanaged" a good thing and ran it into the ground. Let see what happens in the coming years.

It won't let me post unless I pick a board to post under.

The "announcements" board is fine. Thank you!

This post doesn't even deserve a comment. But I have a suggestion for another FOIA cause I know youRead More love to keep the Village busy with FOIA's...why don't you FOIA every government body to find out how much money they spent on candy for the parade? And then you can write about that too! Ridiculous!
Karyn B July 5, 2013 at 07:49 am
Hey Chuck--did you comment on the wrong post or something?!? I'm pretty sure that Darren was justRead More giving people some fireworks options. I saw nothing about FOIA, parades or candy. Might want to rethink your rather hostile comment.
