May 25, 2012 Unbelievably bad service. They built a nice looking fireplace, but didn't seal it and left wood shims exposed between the firebox and wall space. If we would have built a fire, it could have been extremely dangerous. Fortunately our Chimney guy caught their error. When they begrudgingly came back to finish it, the crew not only dropped chunks of mortar in my yard, they dug a hole in my garden and buried mortar in it. When I called Roger, he said his guys, who have been with him for 30 years, were just being lazy and stupid. To make things right, he offered to come clean it up, but not today, because he was very busy. After I told him I would post my experience on sites like this, he called back to say he would clean it up today. Hey Roger - Don't be mad at me, be mad at your crew for this.
