Members can join by filling out an application and paying membership and annual dues. Members meet the fourth Thursday of January, March, April, May, June, September and October.
Depot Days, on the museum complex, are held in September and consist of two days enriched with Lisle history. School days are held in May and Lisle students are taught what pioneer school day settings were like. Society members also make model trains, talk about early farming techniques and children are taught to milk a synthetic cow. Once Upon a December takes place in the first week of December and the museum complex is decorated and further demonstrations on Lisle pioneer days are held.

Come and explore the Blacksmith shop, barn, weigh car, Nestle Yender house, and the farmhouse on display and learn about Lisle's history dating back to the 1830s.
