·      Monday, Aug. 12: The Village Board is having their workshop meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Monday night at the Public Works Facility (4905 Yackley Avenue, Lisle.) Find the Village Board Workshop Agenda here and the Workshop Packet here to see what they’ll be discussing.

·      Tuesday, Aug. 13: The Lisle Area Chamber of Commerce and the West Suburban Community Pantry are hosting their Drive to End Hunger golf outing fundraiser at Seven Bridges Golf Club in Woodridge. Registration with continental breakfast is at 7:00 AM. Modified Shotgun Start is at 8:00 AM.

·      Wednesday, Aug. 14: Morton Arboretum is hosting the second-to-last Wednesday, Woods and Wine, this time featuring the Lisa Rene Band, whose website say they “provide a high-energy show with something for everyone, from rock, to pop, to retro, to funk, to jazz, to country.” The show goes from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and is $10 for members, $15 for non-members.

·      Thursday, Aug. 15: The Lisle Park District Board of Park Commissioners are meeting on Thursday night at 7:00 p.m. at the Recreation Center Multipurpose Room (1925 Ohio Street, Lisle). Find the complete meeting agenda here.
