4th of July Festivities: Parade, Ice Cream Social

The Village of Lisle is hosting a parade and bike decorating contest. The Lisle Heritage Society serves up an ice cream social after at the Museums at Lisle Station Park.

 

Looking to celebrate your Fourth of July with the community? Several staggered activities will keep you busy downtown:

Fourth of July parade
The parade begins at the intersection of Main and Jonquil at approximately 11 a.m. The route travels north on Main Street, east to Center Avenue at School Street, and toward , according to a release from the village.

Bike decorating contest
Children 12 and under can bring decorated bikes to Lisle Junior High School at 10:30 a.m. Then join the parade!

Ice cream social
The Lisle Heritage Society is hosting an ice cream social at the immediately following the parade.
