practice that is healthy for you and your baby.

• Traditional yoga poses are adapted to help you create

space for your growing baby, build strength in your body

and maintain flexibility in your joints - at a pace and

intensity appropriate for the expectant woman.

• Guided breathing practices reduce stress, quiet the mind,

and help you focus and concentrate.

Prenatal yoga is proven to counteract fatigue, relieve pain
