from District 202

has continued its tradition of helping the students at Gary Elementary School in Chicago have a happy holiday.

The LSHS Key Club gathered and delivered presents to six preschool classes on Monday, Dec. 12. The Key Club solicits contributions from the LSHS students, families and staff. Gary teachers ask their students what they would like for Christmas and donors are asked to give specific presents to give each child their wish. More than 120 gifts are collected and delivered by Key Club officers and sponsor Courtney Multhaupt to the excited and appreciative Gary students.

The Gary students visit Lisle in the spring. In between, the students correspond with each other.
