Lisle Woman's Club Presents "Vegetable and Ornamental Gardening the Natural Way"

Organic gardening will be the speaker’s topic at the April 4 meeting of the Lisle Woman’s Club.  Roberta Muehlhaus, a member of Downers Grove Organic Gardeners, will present “Vegetable and Ornamental Gardening the Natural Way.”   Her gorgeous and colorful accompanying photos of beautiful gardens are certain to inspire you.  Guests are invited to come learn the benefits and methods of organic gardening and other environmentally sound practices.

The program will take place in the meeting room at the Lisle Police Station, 5040 Route 53, beginning at 7 p.m.  Refreshments will be served.

Club members suggest marking Sunday, June 24 on your calendar.  The tenth annual Garden Gait garden walk will be held from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Lisle Woman’s Club was established in 1963.  It is part of the Illinois Federation of Woman’s Clubs, which belongs to the international organization known as the General Federation of Woman’s Clubs.
