Village Meeting Agenda for July 18

The village board of trustees hold their regular meeting at 7 p.m. on Monday evening.

The village has posted the agenda and packet for Monday night's board of trustees regular meeting. Items include:

  • Trustees may authorize a brokerage agreement with U.S. Equities to assist the village in selling the Old Village Hall site, as well as parcels west of Main Street.
  • Review a list of agencies that work frequently with the village, including architects, attorneys and other vendors
  • A maintenance agreement between the village and Navistar to operate and maintain Ring Road (now called Navistar Circle)
  • Trustees may approve larget water meter testing services with Water Services Company in Elgin.

Three presentations are also scheduled, including a request from the Lisle Library District to waive building permit fees for exterior work to the building. Attached documents estimate permit fees at just under $2,500.
