Village Meeting Agenda for April 4

The village has posted the agenda and packet for Monday night's board of trustees regular meeting. Items include:

• financial and investment reports for the first quarter of 2011

• final approval of the 2010-2011 and 2011-2012 budgets, including a voluntary separation program
• approval of changes to the planning and zoning commission regulations (sets for developers between preliminary and final approval, and gives the village power to revoke projects that don't move forward)
• special event permits for this summer's upcoming block parties and cruise nights
• the rejection of bids for elevators at the , as well as the approval of several other contracts

The meeting begins at 7 p.m. in the village hall board room.
