Public Hearings for Arbor Trails Subdivision and UTI TIF Set for Monday Night
Several development projects are on the agenda of this month's only regular village board meeting.
The public will have the opportunity to speak on requests for a new single-family subdivision on Maple Avenue, and a technical school along Warrenville Road at Monday's board of trustees meeting.
K. Hovnanian Homes, the building company proposing Arbor Trails, is seeking approval of an annexation agreement for the plot of agricultural land next to Benedictine University.
A public hearing will also be held for a proposed TIF district at 2611 Corporate West Dr. to build a UTI technical school. Two items related to the proposed TIF are also on the agenda for final action.
