"Shall the have the authority to arrange for the supply of electricity for its residential and small commercial retail customers who have not opted out of such program?"

Should the referendum pass, the Village will host two informational sessions for residents on the process prior to soliciting bids. Village staff said the new rate would likely go into effect in August.
