Warrant for Assault, Disorderly Conduct

Dustin Nelson, 28, 450 S. Fourth St., Aurora, was arrested on a warrant for failure to report striking an unattended vehicle, assault, disorderly conduct, and improper backing Sept. 10.

Reports state the incidents occured during a hit and run accident Sept. 3.

Nelson was unable to post the required bond of $2,400 and was transferred to the DuPage County Jail.
