Thousands in Power Tools Stolen from Truck, Lisle Police Seeking Additional Information

Here's an item from the Lisle Police Department blotter on Feb. 8.

are seeking more information in relation to a motor vehicle burglary that occurred earlier this week, resulting in approximately $6,700 in stolen power tools.

The burglary occurred between 5:30 p.m. on Feb. 5 and 7 a.m. on Feb. 6 on the 1000 block of Ogden Avenue. The individual or individuals gained access by breaking the latch on the truck's over head door. Stolen items include chainsaws, an electric drill, leaf blower, and socket set.
