Mindaugas Skurvydes, 18, of the 2200 block of Grove Court in Naperville, and Christopher C. Bakas, 18, of the 2700 block of Shellingham Drive in Lisle, were charged with possession of marijuana at 4:20 p.m. Nov. 27 at 6460 Coach House, Lisle police said.
