Jonathan L. McHale, 18, 4633 Wilson Ave., Downers Grove, was charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia at 7:05 p.m. Jan. 24 in the 2500 block of Pebble Creek Drive, Lisle police said.
