Hannah Andrejewski, 16, has been found unharmed, according to a brief statement from the Lisle Police Department.
The Lisle teenager had been missing since Monday, Oct. 21. Lisle police released few details other than stating that Andrejewski was found unharmed by the Chicago Police Department and had been reunited with her family.
