UPDATED: Lisle Man, Others Charged With Disorderly Conduct in Naperville
Here's an item from the Naperville Police Department blotter on Aug. 26.
Michael John Ruta, 26, of the 700 block of Riedy Road, was arrested at 3:26 a.m. in the 800 block of Benedetti Drive in Naperville on a charge of disorderly conduct, police said. His bond was $120.
According to arrest reports, Ruta was one of six individuals charged in the incident. Naperville Police Department Sgt. Gregg Bell said that a resident living in the apartment complex and his friends took a dip in the complex's swimming pool after hours.
