Lisle Man Charged With Possession of Heroin, Paraphernalia

The man was arrested in Bolingbrook earlier this week, according to a report from Naperville Sun.

Brandon Morgan, of the 5900 block of Oakwood Drive, was charged possession after Bolingbrook Police found syringes and a plastic bag with a substance that tested positive for heroin, according to a report from Naperville Sun.
