DUI, Traffic Arrests: Police Blotter

Here are items from the Village of Lisle Police Department blotter from Sept. 21-Oct. 9.

MONDAY, OCT. 9 

DUI, Illegal Alcohol Transport

Abad Maria-Navarrette, 38, of the 4900 block of Keller, Lisle, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. Maria-Navarrette was arrested at 12:45 p.m. on the 4600 block of Old Tavern Road as a result of a traffic stop conducted by a Lisle police officer. He was also cited for no valid driver's license and illegal transportation of alcohol, according to police. 

Maria-Navarrette was transported to the Lisle Police Department where he was processed according to policy. He was later released pending a court hearing.

THURSDAY, SEPT. 26

Revoked License, Uninsured Vehicle

Jorge Pimentel, 32, of the 100 block of South Lombard Avenue, Lombard, was charged with driving while license revoked. Pimentel was arrested at 11:23 p.m. on the 4600 block of Old Tavern Road as a result of a traffic stop conducted by a Lisle police officer. He was also cited for operation of an uninsured vehicle and improper turn, according to police.

Pimentel was processed at the Lisle Police Department and then released pending a court hearing.

SATURDAY, SEPT. 21

No License, Speeding

Byron Valiente, 30, of the 4100 block of West Nelson Street, Chicago, was charged with no valid driver's license and speeding. Valiente was arrested at 4:35 p.m. at Route 53 and Warrenville Road as a result of a traffic stop conducted by a Lisle police officer. He was processed at the Lisle Police Department and then released pending a court hearing.
