DUI Arrests: Police Blotter

Here are items from the Village of Lisle Police Department blotter from Sept. 15-Oct. 2.

WEDNESDAY, OCT. 2

DUI, Revoked License

Brandon W. Popko, 32, of the 100 block of Vista, Addison, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. Popko was arrested at 10:50 p.m. on the 4700 block of St. Joseph Creek Road as a result of a traffic stop conducted by a Lisle police officer. 

Popko was also cited for driving while license revoked. He was processed at the Lisle Police Department and released pending a court hearing.

SATURDAY, SEPT. 28

Speeding, DUI

Oswaldo Estrada-Loredo, 42, of the 4300 block of Azalea, Lisle, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. Estrada-Loredo was arrested at 12:40 a.m. on the 2200 block of Dogwood Drive as a result of a traffic stop conducted by a Lisle police officer. 

Estrada-Loredo was also cited for the following:

  • No valid driver's license
  • Speeding
  • Operation of an uninsured motor vehicle

He was processed at the Lisle Police Department and released pending a court hearing.

WEDNESDAY, SEPT. 25

Leaving Accident Scene, DUI

Kevin P. Carlson, 21, of the 8800 block of Patrick Court, Woodridge, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. Carlson was arrested at 9:22 p.m. on the 5800 block of Eastlake Drive as a result of an accident investigation conducted by a Lisle police officer. 

Carlson was also cited for the following: 

  • Driving too fast for conditions
  • Leaving the scene of an accident
  • Failure to give aid or information following an accident

Carlson was processed at the Lisle Police Department and released pending a court hearing.

SUNDAY, SEPT. 22

Speeding, DUI II

Sai K. Ivaturi, 33, of the 4700 block of St. Joseph Creek Road, Lisle, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding. Ivaturi was arrested at 11:30 p.m. at Ogden and Indiana avenues as a result of a traffic stop conducted by a Lisle police officer. 

Ivaturi was processed at the Lisle Police Department and was released pending a court hearing.

TUESDAY, SEPT. 17 

DUI, Improper Lane Usage

Robert L. Perbix, 47, of the 11100 block of Shelley Street, Westchester, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. Perbix was arrested at 9:15 p.m. on the 3000 block of Ogden Avenue as a result of a traffic stop conducted by a Lisle police officer. He was also cited for improper lane usage and illegal transportation of alcohol, according to police. 

Perbix was transported to the Lisle Police Department where he was processed according to policy. He was later released pending a court hearing.

SUNDAY, SEPT. 15

DUI Alcohol

Alissa J. Kratz, 30, of the 7600 block of Woodridge Drive, Woodridge, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. Kratz was arrested at 5:58 p.m. at Ogden and Yackley avenues as a result of an investigation into a property damage accident. She was also cited for driving too fast for conditions, according to police. 

Kratz was transported to the Lisle Police Department where she was processed according to policy. She was later released pending a court hearing.
