DUI Alcohol, Underage Drinking Arrests: Police Blotter

Here are items from the Village of Lisle Police Department blotter from May 31-Aug. 1.

THURSDAY, AUG. 1

DUI, Improper Lane Usage

Joseph M. Grach, 27, of the 100 block of North Sleight Street, Naperville, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. Grach was arrested at 1:08 a.m. on Ogden Avenue at I-355 as a result of a traffic stop conducted by a Lisle police officer. Grach was also cited for improper lane usage, according to police.

SUNDAY, JULY 14

DUI Alcohol 

Mario Terrazas, 48, of the 1000 block of West Briarcliff, Bolingbrook, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. Terrazas was arrested at 6:46 a.m. on the 2500 block of Green Trails Drive as a result of an investigation conducted by a Lisle police officer.

Underage Drinking, DUI

Samantha P. Matthews, 18, of the 5600 block of Durand Drive, Downers Grove, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. Matthews was arrested at 1:08 a.m. on the 800 block of Maple Avenue as a result of a traffic stop conducted by a Lisle police officer. 

Matthews was also cited for unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor and speeding 31-40 mph over the speed limit, according to police.

FRIDAY, JUNE 14

DUI, Uninsured Vehicle

Anthony M. Bandos, 23, of the first block of Warren Avenue, New Lenox, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. Bandos was arrested at 2:15 a.m. on the 5100 block of Main Street as a result of a suspicious vehicle call investigated by a Lisle police officer. 

Bandos was also cited for operating an uninsured vehicle and improper parking on the roadway, according to police.

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 12

DUI, Wrong Lane Usage

Katherine M. Lodge, 27, of the 4600 block of Wedgewood Court, Lisle, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. Lodge was arrested at 11:33 p.m. on the 1900 block of Burlington Avenue as a result of a traffic stop conducted by a Lisle police officer. 

Lodge was also cited for wrong lane usage and an illegal turn, according to police.

SUNDAY, JUNE 9

Cannabis Possession, DUI

Kayla M. Budd, 19, of the 300 block of Pearson Circle, Naperville, was charged with driving under the influence. Budd was arrested at 12:35 a.m. on the 4900 block of Route 53 as a result of a traffic stop conducted by a Lisle police officer. 

Budd was also charged with possession of cannabis under 30g, illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor and speeding, according to police. During the same stop, Alessandra M. Aurelio, 19, of the 600 block of Carriage Hill Lane, Sugar Grove, was charged with illegal possession of alcohol.

THURSDAY, JUNE 6

Drug Paraphernalia, DUI

Ryon P. Thro, 26, of the 500 block of Smith Road, Lisle, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. Thro was arrested at 1:03 a.m. at Maple Avenue and Benedictine Parkway as a result of a traffic stop conducted by a Lisle police officer. 

Thro was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, speeding and illegal lane usage, according to police.

FRIDAY, MAY 31

Leaving Accident Scene, DUI

John C. Divito, 53, of the 3000 block of Tangley Oaks, Lisle, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. Divito was arrested at 9:58 p.m. on the 3000 block of Warrenville Road as a result of a traffic accident investigated by a Lisle police officer. 

Divito was also charged with leaving the scene of an accident and failure to give information after striking an unattended vehicle, according to police.
