Court Seals File on Naperville Teen Accused of Dealing Heroin

Public and media are prohibited from seeing the file, according to the Naperville Sun.

 

Individuals seeking the court file on the 17-year-old Neuqua Valley High School student charged with dealing heroin won't have access, according to a report from the Naperville Sun.

A State's Attorney spokesman told the Sun the file of Brittany K. Hursh has been impounded. The student is being tried as an adult and is due back in court next month, the report said.
