Car-Related Crimes: Stolen Wheels, No Valid License

Here are two items from the Village of Lisle Police Department blotter on March 7.

Useless spares
An unknown person removed the spare tires from underneath four vehicles parked in the Bill Kay Chevrolet lot on the weekend of Feb. 26.

Suspended license warrant
Miguel A. Hernandez, 33, of Naperville, was arrested on a warrant for driving on a suspended license on the 2300 block of Beau Monde Terrace at approximately 9:34 p.m. on Feb. 28.  He posted $300 bail.

No valid license
A 20-year-old Aurora man was charged with having no valid driver’s license at the intersection of Warrenville Road and White Birch Drive at approximately 1:59 a.m. on March 5. He was released on I-Bond.
