Driving under the influence
Michael J. Collart, 27, of Lockport, Ill., was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol at the intersection of Maple and Walnut Avenues on Oct. 21 at 1:03 a.m. Collart was released on bond.

Burglary from motor vehicle
An unknown person removed a purse from an unlocked vehicle parked behind a business on the 2700 block of Maple Avenue on Oct. 29 at approximately 7:30 p.m.

Unlawful possession of alcohol
Kevin Crowley, 20, of Chicago, was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol by a minor on Oct. 29 at 9:12 p.m. observed him placing two packs of beer into the trunk of a vehicle.
