Blotter: No Driver's License, Driving on Suspended License

These items are from the Village of Lisle Police Department blotter on Nov. 29.

Driving while license suspended
Richard L. Gromala, 55, of Rolling Meadows, was charged with driving on a suspended license during a traffic stop at the intersection of Ogden and Yackley avenues on Nov. 26 at 10:29 p.m.

Kevin Burns, 39, of Glendale Heights, was charged with driving on a suspended license after being stopped for speeding at the intersection of Middleton Avenue and Route 53 on Nov. 27 at 11:41 p.m. He was released on I-Bond, according to reports. He was released on I-Bond.

Driving without a license
Stephanie R. Brooks, 26, of the 6100 block of Riverbend Drive, was arrested on Nov. 15 at 9:27 a.m. She was charged with no valid driver's license after observed a stop sign violation on River Bend Drive. She was released on I-Bond.

Retail theft
Claudia Patricia Gonzalez, 47, of the 4400 block of Beau Monde Lane in Lisle, was arrested at Sam's Club, 808 S. Route 59, on Nov. 29,  said. She was charged with retail theft. Her bail was $1,500. Police said she concealed food items in her purse and did not pay for them. The amount of merchandise stolen was $63.35.
