Blotter: Men Caught Smoking Marijuana in Restaurant Parking Lot

Possession of cannabis, illegal possession and consumption of alcohol
Two men were charged with possession of cannabis after police observed them smoking in a vehicle parked at in the early morning hours on Nov. 5. Brian J. Fonte, 20, of Naperville, was charged with possession of cannabis and illegal possession of alcohol by a minor. Marvin R. Donis, 19, of Lisle, was charged with possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia. Both were released on I-Bond.

Also charged at the location was Alexander S. Ricely, 19, of Naperville, for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. He was released on I-Bond, according to reports.

Battery
Derek A. Melcher, 25, of the 1200 block of Burlington Avenue, was charged with domestic battery and unlawful interference of reporting domestic violence on Nov. 6 at 6:05 a.m.
