Electricity deal

Returned home from vacation to find mail from an electricity providing middle-man company that stated all Lisle would now buying through this company unless you opt out - we opted out.  Why?  The rate they quoted from Comed was much higher than the actual rate Comed charges and the rate they gave is as well.  Why did Mayor Broda champion this change that will cost Lisle residents a lot of dough?
