Citizen Advocacy Center Hosts Community Forum

In celebration of Constitution Week, the Citizen Advocacy Center, is hosting a special community forum that we invite you to attend. Our featured guest speaker is Ms. Toni Locy. A former reporter and current professor, Ms. Locy, will share with us how she was held in contempt after refusing to reveal confidential sources for an article that she wrote for USA Today on the 2001 Washington D.C. anthrax attacks.

Please read the attached flyer for more details. The forum will be held at the Citizen Advocacy Center at 182 N. York Rd., Elmhurst, on Monday September 19th, 2011 at 7:00 p.m.

Please RSVP to the event by Friday, September 16th, 2011 by calling: 630-833-4080, or email: ala@citizenadvocacycenter.org.

Whether you are a concerned member of the public dedicated to upholding First Amendment Rights, a reporter, a student, or just someone interested in hearing about democracy in action, you will enjoy hearing what Ms. Locy has to say.
