Self Defense Workshop for Women and Girls(12 yrs and up)

The National Women’s Martial Arts Federation is holding
their Women’s Self Defense and Marital Arts Training Camp 2013 at North Central
College in Naperville

July 17-21,2013.   The
group is offering a FREE Self Defense Workshop for Women and Girls (ages 12 and
up) on Saturday, July 20 from 9:00 to NOON at North Central College Residence
Recreation Center.  Attendees will also
receive a free ticket to the Martial Arts Demonstration that evening at the
