Rocktoberfest

A night of Bands, Food, Beer, Wine, Raffles, Celebrity
Bartenders and Bags on
Saturday, September 21st



Rocktoberfest
is ready to Rock on Saturday, September 21, 2013 from 5:00pm to 10:30pm at
Gordon Park (La Grange Road and Ogden Avenue) in La Grange.



Pre-event tickets will be sold at Devries Market (806 W. Arlington, La
Grange), Carousel Shop (23 Calendar Avenue, La Grange) and the Corner Shop (27
Calendar Avenue, La Grange) or online at www.therocktoberfest.com until
Friday, September 20.   Tickets are
$20.00 at the door.

Rocktoberfest will feature Teknikal
Diffikulties
, a local band headed up by the La Grange Business Association
President and Past President, Far-Sighted,
a band of Lyons Township High School students, and Josie Dunne, a local teen who writes her own songs
and plays the ukulele, guitar and piano. Wedding
Banned
, the popular Midwest band who weaves comedy and music into an
unforgettable show.



Have your cold beer poured by famous local faces!
Celebrity bartenders will accept tips online and at the event in hopes of
becoming the 2013 “Celebrity Bartender of the Year”.

Great food will be provided by Devries, La Cabanita, Armand’s
Pizza, and Tate’s.



“Community Nurse is pleased to host a night of fun for our
communities in the Western Suburbs”, said Angela Curran, CEO of Community
Nurse, “Rocktoberfest has become an opportunity for friends and families to
come together for a night out before we head into the winter and the holiday
season.  We are looking forward to seeing
everyone again on September 21st.”
