Avant at the Arboretum is Lisle's New Luxury Midrise Apartment Community! We are pleased to announce that we will be opening August, 31, 2013 and we are now currently showing! Avant at the Arboretum stands out from other apartment communities for our luxury resort style pool, screening room, sun room, fitness center and stylish courtyard. We also have an indoor parking garage with 4 levels. All of our apartments will come standard with wood plank flooring, stainless steal appliances and granite countertops!
