Week In Review: DuPage and Kane County Court Cases

A local theater owner's lawsuit against adult film star Jenna Jameson returns to court this week.

DUPAGE:
Downers Grove:
- Eric Gilford, who has pleaded guilty to murdering his wife and unborn child, sentencing is set to begin on Aug. 16.
- Theresa Carlquist, accused of stealing money from a local youth football program, returns to court on Aug. 17.

Elmhurst:
- Cheryl Luchetta's returns to court for a status hearing in her attempted murder case on Aug. 17.

Lisle:
- Murder-for-hire suspect Ladislav Fromelius is scheduled for a status hearing on Aug. 16.

Naperville:
- Clarence Guyton, home invasion suspect, returns to court on Aug. 16. He's apparently seeking a bond reduction so he can attend College of DuPage.
- The Jenna Jameson lawsuit returns to court on Aug. 15. Jameson's attorney wants to disqualify Hollywood's attorneys, and has also filed a dismissal motion that, among other things, contends there was no valid contract for her appearance. They also allege some issues with whether Jameson actually signed any agreement.

KANE:
St. Charles:
- Michael Listy, accused of sexually assaulting a babysitter last year, returns to court Aug. 18 for a status hearing.
- Also appearing on Aug. 18 is Mario Bocanegra and his attempted murder case.
- Still more on Aug. 18, Alia Bernard, accused of aggravated DUI in 2009 fatal crash that killed St. Charles couple, returns to court for a judge to set her trial date.
