School news
LSHS held its and band students recently performed the song “Band Trip,” retiring director Steve Green. Naperville North’s seniors took their walk.
Wheaton Warrenville South administrators looked into an accusation of students using toward two Naperville North lacrosse players.

Police and court news
It's a bad week to be 18. A group of juveniles were caught with near a Maple Avenue Walgreen’s, while Darien Police charged an 18-year-old Lisle resident with a after they smelled  marijuana coming from his car.
A grand jury indicted a Lisle man on four counts of and criminal trespass after grabbing the neck of a Naperville North teacher during an altercation at the school.

Government
The Attorney General’s public access office made a determination on an Open Meetings Act this week, and asked the village to release portions of closed meeting minutes from earlier in the year.
The Park District has ceased renovations on 1925 Ohio St. until they address discovered under floor tiles in areas of the building.
