Blotter: Lights Out Leads to DUI

At approximately 11:32 p.m. on Mar. 24, Lisle Police pulled over a driver at Warrenville Road and Hatch Lane that had been driving without headlights. Laura A. McElroy, 34, of Pingree Grove, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane usage and driving without lights. She posted I-Bond.
