New Business: Bakery Getting Ready for August Opening

Regular menu items include cakes (including coffee cakes), cupcakes, breads, pastries, and pies made with "only real and natural ingredients, organic whenver possible," according to the shop's website. Customers can also order custom special occasion cakes in-store or online.

The bakery's head chef has training in French and European pastry, and gained experience in the U.S. at Chicago bakeries, according to the website.
