Please join us for our discussion of Life on the Line: A Chef's Story of Chasing Greatness, Facing Death, and Redefining the Way we Eat by Grant Achatz. Winner of the 2008 James Beard Outstanding Chef Award, Grant Achatz has made a name for himself not only in Chicago, but in the world. Working at the forefront of molecular gastronomy, Achatz has always pushed himself to excel. This is not only his engaging story of how he fought cancer, but a view into what it’s like in the restaurant world.
