Nominate the Community's Best for a Pillar Award

The Lisle Character Counts Alliance is accepting nominations for its bi-annual awards ceremony.

The Lisle Character Counts Alliance (LCCA) is accepting nominations for its bi-annual Pillar Awards.

According to a release issued by the group, the highlights positive contributions that individuals, groups, businesses and organizations of good character make to the Lisle community. Honorees display one or more of the six Character Counts pillars: trustworthiness, respect, responsibility, fairness, caring and citizenship.

While LCCA always accepts Pillar Award nominations, they will be meeting after the April 5 deadline to select their newest honorees.

How do you nominate an individual or group?

Download an application from the LCCA website. Nominations can be mailed to LCCA, c/o Village of Lisle, 925 Burlington Avenue or delivered personally to Diane Homolka at the Lisle Convention & Visitors Bureau on Main Street. LCCA phone: 630-373-7856, E-mail: info@lcca.org
