What STUPID hours for Trick-or-Treating. Can you see porch lights on at 3pm? For working people, who is home at 3pm, or even 5pm?

Should just be 6-8 pm.

Nothing wrong with 3-8. Children getting out of school already in costumes going trick or treating. Older children will go later.
