Community Invited to Enjoy Downtown Lisle Ice Skating Rink

Officials said approximately four to five inches of ice and freezing temperatures are needed for skating to occur.

This winter, Lisle residents are encouraged to lace up their skates and head to the downtown ice skating rink.

Weather permitting, a temporary ice rink will be open to the public from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily at the northeast corner of Main Street and Burlington Avenue.

Village officials said the ice rink is intended for recreational ice skating only—please no hockey.
