Village Releases Video Promoting Lisle French Market

Here’s some of what’s going on in and around Lisle for Tuesday, Aug. 13:

·      The Village of Lisle has released a new 15-minute video promoting the Saturday French Market in downtown Lisle. “Come to the Downtown Lisle French Market and enjoy freshly brewed coffee and delicious baked goods as you browse through this colorful open air market!” the Lisle website implores. Watch it here on YouTube.

·      If you missed Lisle Junior High School registration for the 2013-2014 school year on Aug. 6, late registration will be held on Tuesday and Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the school. (Also, for sixth-grade students, orientation will be held on Wednesday from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m.)

·      The Lisle Women’s Club is holding their monthly meeting at the Lisle Library (Meeting Room B) from 7:00 to 8:45 p.m. on Tuesday night.
